I hate to leave this rating because I will say my lashes were great the first time I went. However, I booked a second appointment and prepaid, as I did before and I received a text the day of my appointment saying the lash tech wasn’t available at the time I booked and if it was ok to come later. I agreed because I still needed my lashes done. I arrive to my later appointment and then am informed that my appointment was for the earlier time. The lash tech at the salon then says to hold on a minute while she makes a call. I wait about 20 min and then just asked the lash tech if anyone was coming and she says no and that she cannot do them because she is booked. At this point I’m a little heated because no one has updated me with any of the changes. I ask for the Dees number, I’m assuming she’s the owner and I give her a call- which she does not answer. Instead she texts me informing me of her mistake and that she has availability for the next day and if I that doesn’t work, she’ll process the credit. I say I’m unable to make that date and ask for a refund. She then cash aps the refund instead of returning it to my card. I refunded the cash app and followed up with her via phone and text to which she not responded.

This is a nice place and the people do great brows. The only reason I am leaving a low rating is because I feel a bit disrespected that my texts are now all of a sudden being ignored after I questioned an additional charge that came out of my account. I initially booked my appointment through styleseat which is the company used to book for this business. It was $10 service but when I went there I ended up getting a tint as well making the new total $20. I ended up tipping $5 which I paid a total of $25. Well the original styleseat amount ALSO came out which is the extra $10 which should have been canceled or refunded since I already paid $25 in store. So basically I spent...read full review
