Had a complicated alteration of a dress, including a zipper. It was done to PERFECTION. Now it fits me perfectly and the craftsmanship is flawless. Have been using them for years and years and wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else!

Couldn’t give no star or it wouldn’t open! Horrible experience! Took covers for my sofa to be dry cleaned. Ruined! Obviously washed & dryed & fabric hard. Picks & runs. Trim melted & coming out corners of cushions. Tried to call 2 different numbers. Both say no voicemail set up. When I went by today he said phones were broken long time! Said outside sofa right? No! When did I buy sofa & sometimes dryer picks fabric! Can’t imagine how they stay in business!

Ruined my clothes. They burned the fabric on an expensive shirt, which I didn’t see until I started to take the clothes off the hangers. They did not press out a cotton shirt. When I asked about it, the guy blamed the fabric. It was cotton!!!
