We were new to Smyrna and checked out this dry cleaners. We really enjoyed the staff they're super friendly. They did a really good job with my husband's business clothes. They have a very quick turnaround time I love that they're open early and they're open until 7 PM. A lot of dry cleaners close at five and make it hard for those that are working 9 to 5 to pick up their clothes except for on the weekends Not only are they open later they have a very, very convenient access where you can pull up to the side of their building with drive thru serviceWe LOVE that service

If I could leave zero Stars I would. This place is the biggest ripoff! They should be charged with Consumer Fraud. When I dropped off the two items, a jacket and a wool coat, I was given a total price of cleaning and alterations of $38. I have the ticket for proof.When I arrived to pick up everything today, New Year's Eve, they altered the ticket price to read estimate on the $38 and tried to charge me $73... and there was still, dirt, hairs, and fuzz, on my coat and ink stain on my jacketAll exactly the same way that I dropped it off. I don't often need a dry cleaner but when I do, I'd like someone honest and careful. I took new clothes to them and one came back with a hole on the chest and a note saying "hole noted in check-in". BUT during check in while I was standing there -- nothing was noted. It was a by a designer brand. Why would a take a shirt with HOLES to a dry cleaner?!?! The rest of my clothes came back with the scent of perfume -- so they weren't even cleaned. And I don't wear perfume. This place used to be nice... I will never go there again. I called to complain but now nobody will answer the phone to take my complaint.
