We are very pleased with the entire staff at Arkle and the attention that was given to our sweet kitty Neiko. He had only been out of the house once prior to this in his 14+ years and he was completely comfortable with everyone he came in contact with at Arkle. The staff was very clear on explaining the procedures that were to be performed and what needed to be done moving forward. We’re so glad we have found an extended family for our Neiko. Our dogs Roxie and Rosie have been seeing Dr Rox for probably 10 years now. She is very thorough, her documentation is meticulous, and if she doesn’t know the answer she has many resources to get the right information. (We have had some very complicated issues.) Dr Rox makes safe and evidenced based recommendations. In 10 years there have been communication mistakes regarding appointment times/dates, prescription refills, etc but it’s only occasionally and at the end of the day we know that Dr Rox and the staff at Arkle really care about our babies. This was our first time at Arkle because we wanted to find a clinic that took pet insurance which they did. Dr Rox and her team did an amazing job of taking care of Roxie and making her feel comfortable. They took their time explaining what was going on and some of the recommendations I should start doing . I would definitely recommend The Arkle team if you are looking for a new place.
