Great stay for my two golden retrievers! They came home happy and tired after lots of pool time. Care was excellent. Plenty of “loves” and seemed to get along well with the other dogs.
This was Chase's first visit. We love our 13 pound Morkie. The Pet Paradise staff was very courteous and provided a facility tour. Chase enjoyed his stay which was evident as he was alert, happy and adorable, of course! We will definitely use the facility again.
Tux, my four-legged son (dog) had a great experience for his first stay with Pet Paradise. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out. For an extra fee, I received daily report cards with pictures which made me feel less guilty about leaving him. I picked Tux up in the same condition that i left him. I stress this because this was not the case at a previous dog boarding facility in which Tux looked like he had been playing in mud when we picked him up. The only reason that i did not give a 5 star was because I was not aware that the additional report fee and holiday fee was a daily fee; i thought it was a 1 time fee.
