Yesterday I came home from work to my garage flooding from my laundry room. I was in a complete panic. I am the single mom of five and I'm going through a really hard divorce and I just cannot handle one more problem in my life right now. Champion sent out Noah Richter and TJ Denapoli for a free inspection, but that's not all they did. They also removed the damaged drywall and instillation and set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out so mold doesn't grow, free of charge. Champion Cleaning Systems has truly been a godsend during an incredibly stressful time. From the initial visit with TJ, I immediately felt supported and reassured. He answered all of my questions, offered a listening ear, and provided helpful guidance on contacting my insurance company and understanding the next steps in the cleaning and restoration process. His kindness, patience, and professionalism laid the groundwork for everything that followed.

I would love to thank Ruben, Stephen, Jose, Tyler, and ToMicheal for all their hard work, compassion, professionalism, and dedication in making sure the demo was done perfectly. They checked every nook and cranny to insure there was no other damage. The entire crew was just amazing. A shout out to Kenn Wilson. He went above and beyond helping the day we met. He ensured me through every detail that he would be there to help. He even stayed to help me call Allstate and talked to them when I did not know the answers.
