Ivan was professional, on time, and most importantly, honest. My AC unit in the basement stopped working, and while other companies tried to push me into buying a brand-new unit, Ivan took the time to properly troubleshoot the issue. After several tests, he correctly identified that the problem was a faulty Nest thermostat. He explained everything clearly and was upfront about not recommending Nest thermostats due to the issues he’s seen with them.
