The office manager Michelle demanded $40 before I even filled out paperwork. She was rude when I tried to explain the conversation I had with Tanisha. Michelle said "I know what she said." Whatever I walked out. Do yourself a favor go see someone who has your well-being in mind before the bottom line. Totally negligent how Michelle acts to new clients.

West Rehab was my home away from home for a while. They helped me deal with and reduce my pain, and prepared me for my two surgeries. After the surgeries they got me back up and going. My main Physical Therapist was Nicole. She was fantastic. She motivated me when I need it and pushed me when I needed that too. Great attitude. The office manager was Amber. She was always very friendly checking me in and setting up future appointments that worked into my schedule.
