First of all I want to apologize to the owners for my delayed review.I told you guys I was going to leave a review when I picked my dress and jacket up a week ago. Thank you guys for your kindness, your wonderful customer service and a 10 out of 5 on the cleaning of my garments. Great experience with this establishment. Had an event and needed my garments before the estimated timeframe , went in and explained my situation to the owner and he personally rounded up my stuff and made sure it was expedited. I made my event on time. Great job Virtual. I’ll definitely use you from now on.
