I recently was seen at the urgent care in Sandfly location for a wrist injury. I got an x-ray and found out that my wrist was actually broken. One of the nurses there Nicole got my cast on for me and she was super super friendly and down to earth and able to answer all of my questions that I had about the process. she was very warm and made me feel comfortable and more at ease during a time of worry about my wrist. The co-owner Mary was also super helpful and welcoming. She was able to show me my x-ray and break it down so that I could understand where it was broken and what the healing process would be like. She was very knowledgeable and kind and sympathetic. The environment at this location is also very nice and orderly and clean. I could not recommend them and their team enough! I would give more than five stars if I could! Hands-down, the best urgent care that I have ever been to.
