Dr Paletta and his staff are amazing. He is professional and direct while also personable. I felt very at ease asking questions. The staff is incredibly proficient and very friendly. I never once felt like just another dollar sign. They made it a point to make me feel like they’d know me for years instead of just a couple months. I look forward to my appointments specifically because of the friendly environment created by Dr Paletta and every single member of his staff. Even the surgical staff was great. It really has been a great experience from the consultation through the surgical process and now into the post-op checkups. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
