HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a maxopexy (breast lift / reduction on one side) surgery 3 weeks and 5 days ago. He was my second consultation for the procedure. The first doctor was insistent that I get implants but I was super hesitant because I have naturally large breasts so I got a second opinion with Dr. Greco. Dr. Greco never once mentioned, recommended or otherwise indicated implants were necessary to achieve the results I wanted. My breasts 3+ weeks out look amazing. I couldn't have imagined better results. They are super perky, very symmetrical which I didn't have before and they look at least 10 years younger. The scars are healing very nicely. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiles and a warm welcome!!! The people in this office really care and it shows!!! Dr. Greco is fantastic, he 1st goes over your history and then your desires followed by an in depth visual analysis on the computer of what things will look like taking his time to answer any questions.
