1 at time going here. I took in 2 King size comforters and a men's dress shirt. Young woman at counter was very polite and helpful. Picked up my items and they did a wonderful job. I can see how they cared for my items in the way they were packaged coming back to me. I will definitely be using them again.

My review is based on the customer service I received from the owner over the cost of a small alteration that was written incorrectly by a person who not available for 5 more days. I showed and tried to explain that the dress had no sleeves so how could they have been "shortened", only over the shoulder straps shortened for $30!! He accused me of becoming aggressive so I won't be doing business there again but I will follow-up up with seamstress when she returns. His dry cleaning service may be great so I give 3 stars, the benefit of the doubt, which he wasn't willing to give me!

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but I was blown away by the job done and the ridiculously friendly and thoughtful staff. It's a family run business which I love supporting anyways but they truly know what they're doing! I can't wait to become a regular customer!
