St. Joseph's/Candler Primary Care - Eisenhower is highly recommended by patients. Dr. Felicia Carr is described as the best primary care physician, with an excellent bedside manner, a joyful personality, and a thoughtful and caring approach. She listens carefully and is very thorough with exams. Her PA, Mallory, is also excellent; she truly listens, cares, and makes patients feel comfortable and heard, with a short wait time. Dr. Gordon is also noted as amazing and very attentive to all details. The staff across the office are wonderful, a pleasure to converse with, courteous, and respectful. Specific staff members like Kay Kay and nurse Renee are praised for being pleasant, understanding, and quick to schedule urgent appointments. Patients have trusted Dr. Carr since they were 19 years old and are very satisfied and confident with her medical care. The providers are empathic and professional, and the office staff are always nice to everyone, even those who are not their patients.
Heidi Sullivan is kind and caring, and knowledgeable, as are all staff members at St.Joseph, Candler Primary Care.. Bill and I have and would always recommend this office to everyone!
I waited MONTHS for this appointment. Got to the place at 1:10 for a 1:30 appointment, was told that my appointment was marked as a no-show and that I would have to reschedule.
Experts at every level. my favorite part is Dr Francisco Fantauzzi-Nazario, M.D. Internal Medicine and primary care physician. the place is well organized, clean, and all the patients in the waiting room were willingly wearing their mask to protect one another, without any requirements. they have an on-site lab and many other advantages including plenty of parking and also handicap parking available at the door.
