My wait time was minimal. The office staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean. The physician was on time and he listened carefully to my concerns. He also involved me in the decisions about MY HEALTH and did not try to dictate to me or speak to me in a condescending manner. What more could you ask for from a medical appointment? Nothing. Shanna-scheduler & Cute hair cut-the medical assistant that took my vitals-sorry I didn’t get your name & and Dr. Perry, YOU GUYS ROCK!!??????????
This office is always very clean and attractive in appearance. The seating arrangement is good, but, please, if you have symptoms of any kind, wear a mask.I feel very confident in the doctors and the PA's at Gastroenterology Consultants of Savannah that they understand my concerns, conditions, and the needed treatment.The time spent with patients is optimal. The wait time is very minimal. The reception and scheduling staff are friendly and efficient. The other medical staff also seem to be quite personable and attentive.
Dr Wiggins one of the best doctors I've ever had. Very personal very professional very open-minded and very detailed easy to talk to and he will go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answers.
