My hot water heater stopped heating on a Friday morning, Friday afternoon I made two calls for service, one to a nationally known company and the second to a locally owned business, Savannah Water Heater Company. The national chain could not come out to my home until late Monday afternoon, which was fine, it wasn’t an emergency, but when I called Mr. Boyd, he offered to come that evening! I declined, it was hot and my tank is in the attic, but he offered to come on Saturday morning! While scheduling my service he was upfront with pricing and gave me an estimate of repair costs, from a simple repair to a new tank, something the other company could not do. Our first service from this firm was both expedient, professional, and very reasonably priced ..... all rarity in the Savannah trade industry. Plumbing issues are a major challenge within the residential management industry and we intend to turn to them again for repeat performances.

Guy is absolutely the plumber you want for your tankless water heater installation in Savannah. He cares about his customers and is an all-around nice person. Can't say enough about him and this company.
