A/C went out right before hurricane Hellen. Scott was able to accurately diagnose the reason fairly easily and describe what was going on well enough for me to understand. Had them replace the entire carrier as it has a great warranty unlike just repairs. The team was respectful and professional, easy to work with, and great at communicating.

Working with On Time Air was a great experience from first phone call to the finished repair. Communication was excellent, they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, and the technician explained the problem and solution clearly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and prompt, and they will be the regular service we use from now on.
