We used Todd and his team for a partial bathroom remodel (walk-in shower ripped out, due to rotten subfloor). First off, he found me about $1,200++ of beautiful marble and porceline time on marketplace for $100. He was patient with our oversite and preference to use a preformed pan (we did not want any seams or abnormal banking causing puddling), and our timeline. His team was very good and polite. I can't say enough about the precision of the tile work, A+.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job sanding, repairing and finishing all of our downstairs Harwood floors. They look like new! We initially wanted him to just repair some water damaged pieces in the kitchen, but we expanded the project, “to bring it all back to life”. His team started and finished in time, completing all of the tasks as he explained before we started. I would highly recommend contacting Todd to evaluate your floors. and provide a recommendation and estimate.

We scheduled our project with Olde Savannah Hardwood Floors about a month in advance and planned a 5-day vacation around it. We met with Eduardo and Juan on Monday to choose the color and sheen; our original 1986 floors were worn and yellowed, so this was a big refresh.
Finishing by Friday at 3pm was critical since we were returning with our older dog and a 12-week-old puppy, and they met the timeline exactly as promised—something we truly appreciated. One small correction was needed and they came back the very next morning to fix it. Todd Norman was professional and easy to work with, pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend.
