Service Rep - Austin Kaelble. Best service I have had. Took his time, gave me an easy to understand report, suggested needed changes. No pressure. I very much like the new reporting system.
Outstanding customer service. Found significant issues with our 7 year old HVAC.
We decided to upgrade and go with a new system. We also found with more energy efficient system we qualified for a GA Power rebate and possibly a rate reduction.
Old Coast also provided us with a temporary a/c unit for our bedroom so we could stay in our home with 90* + outside temps.
Once again Old Coast to the rescue. New HVAC needed warranty repairs and they handled it quickly and got us back up and warm.
New to Hinesville, Old Coast was recommended to me from neighbors. Grant (technician) showed up on time, spent time explaining options for service requested as well as answered questions I asked about a possible service contract. Got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I will continue using them and encourage others to explore your options with them
