    I LOVE the concept, but it is not reliable. I made keys from a non-original key in May - none of the keys worked.. I replaced the lock and made a key from an original and it was notchy and caught un the lock and didn't act like the original?! I love the idea of saving a key for a rainy day or to share with my new tenants signing a lease while our of town - but I dint trust it.. In addition, I have tried to remove the bad keys that didnt work from the dashboard of saved keys - one agent didnt know why I wasnt seeing the option, the second agent let me knoe that option went away eith their last update so they had to do it for me.. I have been waiting for this to be done...read full review

    They were able to make one key but not the other key. I went to Lowe's both machines could not make the other key. I went to two other places and I am still unable to get the other key made.Service: Building key copying
