The team on the 4th floor were incredibly customer focused. They has kind words and smiled everyday. My mother was a nurse and I know they have the same “stuff” at home as everybody else. But , somehow they leave it at the door and focus on care at hand.
They were taking care of my wife this time. I was personally there a couple of years ago the service has care are much improved.
I nominated each of them and hope you please consider the 4th floor for your Daisy Award.

I recently had my mammogram done at Memorial Health University Medical Center. I was very well cared for and the process was done efficiently and professionally. I got my results very quickly.
My husband was in the Trauma ICU for 24 days with a brain injury. These dedicated medical professionals were the absolute best! My husband was cared for consistently during this time. These Nurses and Doctors kept me informed of all things being done 24/7. Even calling me at home. Their professionalism was above and beyond anything I expected. Many thanks and Blessings to them all.
