We had a ground water source (geothermal heat pump) heat/air system replaced. The geothermal system is the alternative to an air source heat/air system. Because it is a unique system there are not many companies who service or replace these types of heat/air system. However, McCall's HVAC is one of the only companies that do service such units. Phenomenal service from the receptionist/scheduler to the technician. Called two other companies who could not get me in for a week. Mccalls was at my house within 12 hrs, accurately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the issue the same day for a reasonable price. I appreciate how kind and accommodating every employee was that I spoke to. They are now my PCP for all things HVAC.

Outstanding service. Jacob is the best. Bought a new Honeywell wifi thermostat that worked for about 10 minutes. Jacob came back and ran through an excellent troubleshooting sequence to determine the device was defective. Returning to Amazon.
