This woman showed up in 25 minutes and said she was the owner and got us in the house after the smartlock batteries died without warning leaving me and my 74 year old aunt stuck out the house for almost 3 hours, thankfully it wasn't hot as hell today and she wasted no time. Picked an anti-pick lock in less than 10 mins. Wish the app we paid on offered a tip option! She'd definitely get the invite to the pool, boat trip, BBQ, etc. And she seemed cool as hell.
