“I was in the need of additional keys made for my dad’s New Ram 1500 and called into Stokes. He said that he could program the keys I purchased from Amazon. Made an appointment and him and Katie could program them for me. The two of them fought with programming for about an hour. ( newer vehicles that are push start are more tricky) . There were unsuccessful with programming them because the keys purchased were not the correct keys. He didn’t charge me anything for the time he lost trying to program them!
He quoted me some new keys but they were very expensive and he even told me a reputable website to go to for cheaper keys! That was really nice of him! I ordered from the website he told me to go to and when those keys came in I made another appointment to program them. This time we were successful!!!
-He was upfront about the cost. -He was a little chatty but very kind, helpful and honest. -He was mindful of the cost and helped me -find a better deal on keys. -He gifted my son some keychains for free. -He has a cat in the store that’s oh my sooo cute. -He has an air purifier in the store and it smells so nice ! - Katie was very kind, informative and knowledgeable.
The only negative thing I could say is that the store could use some repairs. I noticed the ceiling falling down in many places but he might rent that store and it falls on the property owner for repairs. But this has very little to do with his ability to provide services.
