I think the dispatcher under estimates the amount of time before the tow truck arrives. I assume this is NOT intentional, it took an hour to get towed but I was told it would be close to 30 minutes. So far it’s am still waiting but I hope the actual tow goes easy and quick . Ha!

Excellent service. Nobody was ever rude, they were very upfront about the price, and Eric treated my motorcycle better than I do. There wasn't a great spot to drop it off where it needed to go, but he even helped me push it around the corner to get it there. It made for a good ending to an awful day.

Chad is awesome. Seriously- couldn’t be more thankful for him or this company. My car broke down on Tybee after breakfast, needed to get it home in Savannah to get checked out. They were there in less than an hour. He even got my car parked in the driveway so I wouldn’t get a ticket- which I really appreciate. Very great customer service, and really reasonable pricing for a tow. Highly recommend. Turned a bad day into a great one ☝️ Tip your driver, they’re doing a wonderful service !Service: Car towing
