The Georgia Eye Institute on Jackson Blvd and Pooler location provide professional and precise eye care services. The staff, from the front desk to the clinic, are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about their duties. The facilities are nicely decorated, with multiple waiting rooms and a peaceful environment. While there may be some minor issues with organization and communication between departments, the overall experience is positive. The eye doctors, including Dr. Overstreet, Dr. Piros, Dr. Reeves, and Dr. Matthew Deich, are thorough and pleasant to deal with.
I have been going to Dr Reeves for many years, he is very professional and knowledgeable. I have seen Dr Overstreet a few times also both Dr's new proactive in their treatments the staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful.
Very professional, answered all questions and concerns. Dr. Overstreet explained everything in detail. Ms. Pam was very professional and cares about what she does and treats you like you matter.
I’ve been here twice and both experiences were great with Dr. Overstreet. Service is quick and the staff is extremely friendly. One staff member in particular was extremely kind and empathetic; her name was Jordan. I’ve never written a review before but her service was so amazing that I felt that it was necessary. We often make reviews for complaints but I wanted to praise this office and the staff. I will be returning and recommending this office to others.
