Families First was amazing. We had a service for my Mother in Law on June 12th, the staff communicated very well with us, kept us up to date with all of the arrangements, and had my Mother in Law looking beautiful and ready for the family to View. Angie and Breeanna were the best. It was brought to my attention that a Family member made a 1 STAR Review and I want to apologize for that. It had nothing to do with the Service, it was more of a Family issue that is unresolved. Families First did an amazing job and I would refer them to anyone in the Savannah area.
My family and I are very grateful for Families First Funeral Care. Beasley came into her home and treated my mom with so much dignity and care. Showing us so much respect thru the removal process. Emily walked us thru the entire process beginning to end. Before my mom was cremated they collected hair and finger prints to give us. I'm eternally grateful for them and their service.
