My experience was great! I called one day before and got an appointment. My daughter had severe breakage and they were able to camouflage and the braids are beautiful! I will be booking again!

This shop has a pleasant atmosphere and everyone is friendly, but of all the years of getting braids I've never ended up looking like bo bo the clown!! My first experience was 12/31/24 getting pretty for the new year also my birthday and I must say it was a long sit time considering I was there from 6:45 am to almost 8 pm. For 2 days later I lost 2 braids ok I kept them in almost 2 months (2/28/25 to discover my hair was bald in the middle but i didn't trip because my hair is thin! Ok so I return on 2/28/25 to get rerolled up for my aunt funeral. Today is 5/2/25 just finally taking them out and clearly bald straight down the middle and edges! I gave them the benefit but this Is not it! I've had braids before for wayyyy longer and the have always grown my hair not bald me! IT'S A NOOOOO FOR ME

I called yesterday (Wednesday, December 18th, 2024) and easily set an appointment for the following day. Today I got there and when I walked in every single stylist greeted me with so much energy, enthusiasm, and excitement! It was a very warm and genuine welcome. I couldn’t help, but to smile and chuckle. I got there at 1 pm and left at 4:30 pm. The two younger stylists tackled my braids together and they were so sweet and patient with me as I nodded and fell asleep the entire time. lol. I was exhausted, but they were so gentle and kind. I could tell they took pride in their work. I love my hair. The service was fast, affordable, and met my expectations. I’ll be bringing my daughter in very soon. Please see video! Highly recommend. And thanks for my Christmas gift. Great teamwork, Ladies! Keep up the great work!

The young ladies were very kind and sweet. They explained that my hair was too thin to achieve the look I wanted (knotless), so they did a great job of making it look full with the small box braids. The problem is that I asked them to make the braids bigger in the middle because I don't like heavy or big hair. I've learned that I should bring the hair I like because the Xpressions would have been better quality. I ended up coming home and taking some out of the middle so that I could put my hair in a ponytail. I expressed to the young ladies numerous times not to put so much hair in my head because it's too hot to wear down, and I was only going to wear it up. I could have gotten micros because even those didn't take 8 hours when I've had them. I will go back, but I will be monitoring them when they get to the middle. For $200 I want what I want! I understand you want it to look good but give people what they ask for please.

The lady did a nice job on my hair. I have thinning in the middle of my head and they were able to camouflage it and hide it to where you couldn’t see it so I’m very happy with the end result of my services.
