He went above and beyond and actually found more damage than we initially could see, and put my mind at ease with making sure it was all completely fixed before the job was done. He’s also super timely and easy to schedule with, and keeps open lines of communication with updates the entire time, even when he’s not actively here doing the work. We had to have a dehumidifier set up over a long weekend and he kept us up to date throughout the weekend with when he would be back the following week to follow up, and what the options would be moving forward with the next steps to repair the damage.
