This facility needs complete revamping with more parking, front desk staff who aren’t apathetic or rude, an adequate phone system and vastly improved communication systems overall. Horribly long phone waits are common. Dealing with their Healow app is frustrating at best and sometimes infuriating like when it doesn’t give you options to reach out to administration. Sometimes your problem is with the system which is the case in this instance and this system doesn’t want to hear it . It actively resists taking complaints or suggestions for improvement. In my experience, the Drs have been ok once I get to see them but the rest of the system does a terrible job of supporting the docs or their patients. And who ever would expect a hospital system that won’t accept checks as a form of payment? Insanity reigns.

Going to the Rincon location is playing with your life! I could write a novel. Every single person employed at that office should be fired and never be allowed to work in health care again. Stay away from this place and if you have loved ones going here help them find someone new.

This place is amazing and touched by God! I was in and out of my appointment under 1 hour! My nurses practitioner Amber Knight took such amazing care of me! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a primary care provider! The best doctor visit I’ve ever had!

The location on E Broad St provided excellent and thorough care. I was struggling to find answers and help with no primary care physician. I visited the clinic April 10. The intake process, physician care, labs, and follow up responses were all top tier and honestly the best I have received. I am beyond impressed and greatly appreciative of their professionalism and care provided. THANK YOU ISN’T ENOUGH! A light in the dark. They truly reflect the heart of the Hostess City. Savannah gem.

I finally get a call from the nurse after fourteen days, they finally sent prescriptions to the pharmacy. (NOT SENT AGAIN). They continue to waste my time and gas. Terrible customer experience.

Do NOT go here!!!! Waste of time trying to get a tooth taken care of. Poor communication and they charge you for procedures not done. I got an appointment only to find out it was for a comp exam and they took an X-ray to find out they couldn't pull it that day but put me on antibiotics and pain meds to have me come back at 700 in the morning to look at it again. (They never looked in my mouth). Only went off X-rays that I can't get transferred to another provider. Been back 3 times to have them do something and I keep getting the run around. Scam scam scam !!!!!!

My nephew is 8 years old. The day after he went to that clinic he got hands, foot,&mouth disease. They need to work on cleaning their facility &tools like clockwork. It’s rare for anybody to get it except for babies. This is ridiculous and he feels so so bad and there are no specific cures for it but to just let it past in 7-10 days.

From your first visit, double ask how much they are charging and ask to see your account after payment. I was given a self pay amount when I setup the initial appointment and paid what was told at all three of my appointments. It wasn’t until my last appointment when I saw a balance on my account that I was never told about, nor sent invoices for. I was told to call billing. I called them in February to question the charges and was told they will call me back. I called again in April and was told they will investigate but the lady explained they offer a rate per income which I was never told about. I would have just kept shopping because I like to know what I’m paying since I’m self pay (understanding additional costs do arise when labs are done or anything extra from what I initially discussed) anyway, I explained the simple service I was getting and nothing more so no additional costs should have been there. I asked for invoices with codes. They make you drive from Effingham to their office in savannah to obtain those invoices and pay $5 each. We did that. After reviewing the codes (thanks Google) I’m seeing there are codes that are not applicable to services rendered so I’m currently seeing what they say when they call me back before I find what legal steps I can take. I never met with a psychiatrist, only a nurse practitioner so I’m hoping she just inputted those wrong and it’s an easy fix but to say I feel this whole situation is shady is to say the least. Watch out.
