    I recently purchased a 3 ton Lennox Elite heat pump from Comfort Air. I have been using them since 2011. So when it was time to purchase a new unit, I gave them a call. They immediately sent out Matthew to give me my options. I chose Lennox.Then two days later August 30th 2019 the unit was installed very professionally by their crew. They also up sized my trunk line for more air flow since my home has an addition that was added years back. The i comfort thermostat is awesome. It connects to my echo dot just like my nest did. The house is now nice and cold like I wanted it. Sam was super nice and all the other guys were awesome too! Im bad with names so I cant recall their names. So I am very pleased and recommend Comfort Air as the go to for heating and air!

    We have had excellent service from Comfort Air. One employee, Mrs. Renee, represents your company well. She is always helpful, super courteous, very professional and a true pleasure to work with. Each technicians that has come to service our unit has done an amazing job.

    Office manager, Madison, is rude and condescending. My follow up appointment was scheduled from 10-1pm today and I got update at 1pm stating that my technician was going to be arriving at 1:34pm which is unprofessional (their excuse was that he was stuck in traffic which I understand) and I was not given an update or notice regarding this delay — I had to call them to ask for one at 12:30pm since I hadn’t heard from them. This office manager had the nerve to put words in my mouth and said that I was complaining, etc. because I was just voicing my disappointment that the timeframe that was given was not delivered. Alexis, the coordinator, is kind and very responsive so for what it’s worth at least they are responsive but the office manager needs to learn some manner on how she approaches a paying customer but perhaps it’s because this work order was through a homeowners warranty so it’s not a priority for them. Needless to say, just know that they don’t keep their words and their office manager needs to be re-trained in customer service. I won’t be surprised if I get a response that I was being unreasonable but don’t put words in other people’s mouth and actually ask them those propping questions before accusing someone of lying. I’d definitely will never recommend them lack of customer service.

    Jonathan was extremely professional, arrived on time, installed the new thermostat and also recommended improvements that we could make to our HVAC system in the future that could make it function more efficiently. He also educated us in the use of the thermostat to promote energy efficiency and optimal comfort.Services: HVAC system maintenance

    Very professional and very knowledgeable about Hvac systems was very helpful in making it understandable from a person don't have a glue, but overall excellent job

    I can't recommend Comfort Air enough. I called the AC company that installed and services our unit on Sep 3rd at 7am saying that our unit was not working. Several calls and days later, nobody showed up. We have a 1 year old and 4 year old and our house got up to 82 degrees. Needless to say we were pretty desperate. My wife suggested we try another company in town and called Comfort Air to see if they could come today (Labor Day). Within 2-3 hours an amazingly professional and knowledgable tech named Shaun came out. He assessed the unit, diagnosed the problem, and got us up and running within 30 minutes. Shaun and Comfort Air totally saved the day for us. We will be switching to them for all our maintenance from here on out.Service: A/C system repair

    The guy that came out was great. He explained what was wrong, showed me what was wrong, and showed me how to prevent it next time. I run my irrigation company and that’s how I treat every customer. It’s such a nice feeling when other companies give me the same courtesy! Makes the bill at the end not hurt as much because you know exactly what you paid for. I’m not sure if all of comfort air is that way or just the guy that came to my house but as for now, I’m giving the whole company the props but emphasis on the tech specifically.     We consistently receive prompt, courteous service from your office staff in scheduling our appointments. Our most recent visit was made by Chris. He was very thorough & professional and went out of his way to explain everything he did and what he found. He even checked out a new roof-top fan that we had recently installed as part of replacing our roof. Thanks for keeping our systems operating reliably!
