Chem-Dry of Savannah recently treated a spill from a toilet overflow at a property that I manage; they were on time that afternoon, they treated the area to prevent mold and to eliminate the urine smell. The same tech even came back the next morning to see if a further treatment was necessary. Their techs really care about the customer. Very good service.

When I called to set my appointment, I was provided with service options, and many time slots to choose from. They were extremely accommodating. Jamel was polite upon arrival, introduced himself, and reviewed the plans for my services. He broke down costs and explained the process he would be completing. I would absolutely recommend this team, and will be using them again for my cleaning needs.

Mike did the BEST job on my showers and bathroom floor! Never did I think grout could look brand new again...he did it. He went above and beyond to to make sure it looked good and we were satisfied. I highly recommend him.

OUSTANDING SERVICE all around! I called for a duct cleaning quote on Monday, and spoke to the owner Keith, who was BEYOND professional, polite and generous with his time - taking the time to speak with me, explain their services, address my concerns and expectations etc. Was able to have a crew scheduled for Wed the same week! Crew arrived 15mins before the 2hr window for anticipated arrival. 3man crew was professional, polite, worked non stop for about 1.5hrs and took extreme care of my home and belongings, cleaned up after themselves, and did a thorough job of cleaning my ducts and answering questions I had while they were here. Chem Dry was SIGNIFACTLY cheaper then other companies offering the same service! Keith (owner) explained to me there was NO REASON other companies charge SO much for the same service, other than "they can". I will DEF use ChemDry in the future!?

Estimation vs actual price was over $100. We called in advance and should have been given accurate pricing. And the spot we needed clean still have the same spots on the carpet. Waste of money.

Chem-Dry Savannah is by far the best at what they do. After previous companies told me that my carpets were stained beyond being cleaned. I decided to get a second opinion, so I called Chem-Dry. They showed up when they said they would, were extremely proffesional and knowledgeable. I was amazed my carpet was brought back to life.
