I am very happy with the company and the employees . I have used then in the past and never was dissatisfied . I was serviced the same day I called . Justin was professional ,courteous and very conscientious . Cost was reasonable as refrigerant was added to other needs . I appreciate Justin , Thank you.

We have used their services for about 20 years. They've installed two HVAC systems for us, do all the regular maintenance (we have it done 2xs a year), and also do all the repairs. I cannot stress how prompt, professional, and hardworking this team is. They are quick to respond, do exceptional work, and we just love them. We made the mistake ONCE of calling one of those 24hr emergency HVAC repair companies (many years ago) bc something wasn't working and it was literally the middle of the night and it was hot. Guess what? That local 24hr emergency company *never showed and Smith AC was at our home at 7:30am the next morning, fixed the part and had the AC working... read full review
