Always the best and most professional. Love the preventative maintenance instead of what I refer to as crater maintenance, waiting until something “craters” to perform maintenance.
Bobby has been our technician for many years and is one of the best in his field.
Home Warranty sadly follows crater maintenance so we’re finally going to cancel the home warranty scam and eventually in the near future replace our entire Heating/ AC system.
We had our AC fan die on a Sunday morning. The technician was able to come out within an hour and diagnose the problem. Part was ordered Monday and installed Tuesday. Very happy with the prompt attention.
Josh was great for our yearly AC maintenance appt. very friendly & quick! the prepaid maintenance package is a great price, we will continue to use it to make sure our AC is functioning properly.
