They are always courteous and don't stop there...if they don't have what you need they will send you where you can get it. If it is something small enough not to have to bring it in for repair, they Will tell you what to do on the phone. It always ends up working, for me anyway. For instance my upright freezer froze up and the fan motor stopped so we unplugged it. They told me what to do before plugging it back up. That was about 3 years ago and today I still have a freezer that works fine.I recommend Bowen Refrigeration to anyone that's needs Appliance service. Thank you Bowen family for being so helpful to me! I'll be back, if ever I have to.

This place is awesome they repair appliances and sell used appliances at a reasonable price they also perform service calls to come out to your place and fix your own washer or dryer or stove great family owned business I would definitely give them a call if you're having any appliances issues they will get it fixed

GE WASHER REPAIRCustomer Name: Keith FainI originally contacted GE.They could not send anyone out until the following week.I called Bowen's & was answered right away.I was given the option of having someone come out to look at the washer or dropping it off at their shop.We chose to drop it off.We got there as they were closing on a Monday at 5pm.An employee came right out & helped unload the washer & took it in the shop.I was called at 11:10 the very next morning & was told the pump was replaced & the washer was ready for pick up.The full total Bowen's charged us for parts and labor was less than GE would charge as a trip charge for just coming out to look at the washer.We...read full review
