Installers are some of the best people you could want to meet. These guys work with me though all the hardships i have everI went through . But the mistakes I like no shower doors .WHY WOULD I GET A NEW SHOWER FO MY WIF AND NO DOOR. THIS WAS ON OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER WENT THROUGH. WOULD NOT WISH IT ON ANY.
The installation crew called approximately 20 minutes before their arrival. They showed up in the earlier part of their arrival window. Both men were professional and polite. I really appreciated that the first thing they did was lay down drop clothes to protect my floor as they were moving through my house. They cleaned their work area as they proceeded. They asked for my input at any portion of the job that they needed my opinion. The tub/shower unit went in well and they did a great job with tie in and trim. They disposed of all removed materials and leftover materials. Other than my new tub/shower unit you cannot tell they were ever here. I am happy to recommend them...read full review
Had our Master bathroom shower replaced with Bathfitter. Our experience was amazing!! It started with our sales rep Neico. He came to our house and showed us what products were available, and we decided to proceed with the installation. After all of our products were made, a date was set to install.
Our installer was Rolando and he was great!! Very professional and courteous. He did an awesome job with the installation!! He answered all questions we had, and finished in a very timely manner.
I would recommend Rolando for your future install around Savannah. Also would recommend Bathfitter for any needs you might have.
