I don't understand why they have so many negative reviews. My experience as a first time CPAP user is great. It took a while to get the ball rolling to get the machine and masks, but that was mainly my Dr. Office and myself trying to find the right provider that worked with my insurance. Having said that, they sent me a brand new state of the art machine, great quality supplies and switching to a mask that wasn't even recommended was easy and fast. Everything with CPAP move slow. Insurance companies don't want to cover machines or parts, but apria fights on your behalf to get you what you need or want. As a first time user of their CPAP equipment I couldn’t be happier with their patient services. To date, I’ve had four contacts with patient service agents resulting in all my needs and questions met. Enjoyed in each, a level of professionalism I’ve not experienced in quite sometime. Congrats to all who have contributed to this “top shelf” performance.
Customer service is awesome they handled all my needs and and kept in contact with me ms A and ms D these lady's went out of there way to take care of my needs and a thanks to the behind the scenes staff members if you have a need this is your place
