They responded very quickly. We’re very Honest about what needed to be done. Came out the same day. The diagnostic fee was one of the lower ones comparatively. No complaints! The technician was fast, kind, and knowledgeable.
Working on father-in-law‘s house in Savannah. The air conditioning was leaking water so we called. Ricky was very nice on the phone. The technician was very knowledgeable. Found the issue and also checked for other problems as well. The coils had dog hair from a previous renter so he came back the next day and clean them. Everything‘s working great right now. Very happy with the service. also, price seemed fair.
Great service appointment. Easy scheduling. Technician was there at beginning of scheduled window. The focus wasn’t just on today but future needs as well. Always have had a great experience each time.
