Today I visited Total Wellness Solutions for a red light therapy treatment to help with joint pain, collagen production, and circulation. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed—the personalized welcome sign at the entrance was such a thoughtful touch!
The staff was absolutely awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the treatment and answer all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process.
Even after my first visit, I already feel more energized, and some of my joint pain has noticeably improved.

Dr. Melissa is an AMAZING wealth of knowledge! She understands how the body heals and is very passionate because she herself struggled with back issues and pain before healing herself. I can appreciate a doctor that has gone through similar health issues because they will understand how we feel. Not all doctors are emphatic, but Dr. Melissa cares deeply and it shows. She also showed me all of her unique devices to help the body recover. Most chiropractors do not have any of these devices, but Dr. Melissa Arnold has put together protocols for each machine.
