Gisele is truly a master at her craft. She has done wonders for back pain (gone), plantar fasciitis (gone) shoulder mobility (now back close to 100%). She can usually diagnose the issues without you even having to tell her. If I increase my running, she knows how to work on hamstrings and calves. If I have a sore back, she can usually fix it and works on it until it is better. Shoulder work has been phenomenal. Gisele uses a variety or methods: theragun, cupping, traditional pressure point. I can't recommend her highly enough.
