A wonderful professional team, who takes great care of helping you understand the procedures gives you a great detailed list of do’s and don’t(s) that will guide you through a fantastic process with amazing results. They followed up several times after my hair restoration process. My grandson, after 3 months out said “Papa you got a lot of hair now.” Thanks this amazing staff of professionals. Advanced Hair Restoration did an outstanding job restoring hair coverage for me. The team was talented, informative, professional, and friendly throughout the procedure, and for the entire recovery period. I did extensive research before selecting Advanced Hair, and chose them for TWO KEY REASONS. First, all elements of the procedure are either performed directly, or supervised by a Medical Doctor. With any procedure that is invasive, it’s much better to have an MD in charge, than just a trained technician, which many competing firms employ. Second, Advanced Hair’s procedure was completed in one, long day, rather than multiple days on site. Time is so important, it is a great feature that they completed my procedure in one 8 hour day in their office. Now, nine months after the procedure, I have full coverage where I once did not. The hair is healthy. And the overall look is cosmetically appealing, and completely “age appropriate” and natural looking. I could not be happier, and I can recommend Advanced Hair Restoration without reservation if you are considering this work!

I had my transplant consultation scheduled for Thursday and that following Monday I was already having the procedure. This office in Atlanta is amazing. There isn’t a position in the office that isn’t the best of the best. My experience has been phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about the people that helped me get my hair back. Thank you guys so much!

Five stars for Dr. Zack Charkawi and the entire staff. I visited Atlanta and booked my procedure here based on their reputation and transparent pricing. The surgery day was efficient, the team checked on me multiple times after, and the results look natural (no “pluggy” look). Thank you Dr Z.

My wife booked a virtual appointment for my daughter. The intake nurse called on the phone, took some of our information, and confirmed that its a virtual appointment.
The online portal where I had to check in provides no link to join a video call.
When I call their office, I get an answering machine that says they will get back to me in 24 hours.
I come to find out that they only text the video call link at the moment that the doctor is ready to see you. So the link went to my wife's number which was not working because she was out of the country.
We had to wait, wondering if we will be missing the appointment, for them to call me (because they don't answer the phone). Then, I had to give them my number (which they called me on) to text the link to.
Video call links should go in calendar events, or at the very least in the online portal after the user logs in.
Video calls work much like exam rooms, a patient can go into it and wait there for the doctor to see them.
If it's your job to get this right, there's no excuse, it is not difficult.

It’s been a full year since I had my grafts done, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress. The experience from start to finish was outstanding - Drake, the Doc and their team made the entire process easy and comfortable. From my initial consultation with Drake to the follow-up care, everyone was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. Having my sales rep, Dustin, understand my immediate concerns and desire from this procedure was paramount to my decision to go with Advanced Hair. My visit in office was more than pleasant, it was comfortable and handled with much ease from the staff. From Tyra who patiently answered every question and ensured my understanding, the staff who were so kind (and easy on the eyes), to my time with the Doctor in the procedure, made me feel like I was the only patient they'd ever had.
My barber even today complimented the very natural look of my growing hairs and the procedure in comparison to other procedures he'd seen which didn't look natural at all. I felt it important to pass my hats off the everyone at Advanced Hair. 10/10 would do this again if it was needed.

I had 3511 grafts done. I am less than three weeks out so I can't yet comment on the true results. But what I can say is that I was treated very well through the process. From the first consultation to the washing the day after surgery, everyone there was professional, friendly, and helpful. They answered all my questions and ensured I was as comfortable as possible through it all. I highly recommend Doctor Katona and his team to anyone looking for hair treatment.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Hair Atlanta. Drake explained the entire procedure clearly, and the front desk staff (Sidney and Tyra) were incredibly attentive. Since I have a phobia of needles, I was feeling anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Katona and his team were exceptionally caring and supportive.
