Scheduled through the website for someone to come look at my washer and no one showed up. When I called to make sure everything was good, no one answered my call. I’m starting to wonder if this is a legit business and all those five star reviews are real.

My washer went out and I called for assistant. I was serviced the next day. Although I decided not to have it repaired the guy was really quick and explained the issue and part needed.
