Wolter and Harold provided truly exceptional service installing my Miele dishwashers. They were knowledgeable, meticulous, kind, and went well beyond what I expected from an installation.
Wolter brought tremendous experience and knowledge of Miele and took the time to explain not only the machines themselves, but some of the history behind the company. We also shared a wonderful conversation about his Dutch family and their experiences during WWII. Both men treated me with genuine warmth and consideration, and made absolutely certain I felt confident operating everything before they left.
