After working out, I waited for my gf to even get checked in to tan at the front for 20 minutes… nobody was at the desk for 20 mins

Changed my bank the day before I was supposed to be charged but still received a $15 late fee. Unfortunately this is the 3rd or 4th late fee I've gotten which is quite disheartening as I've tried hard to avoid them but they always sneak up on me despite having money in my account. They informed me there is nothing they can do. It seems like they are intentionally set up to make late fees more likely. The price is nice at planet fitness but they will always find an extra charge here or there to get you with. If you're serious about your fitness journey and want a gym that also takes you seriously and respects you and your money this planet fitness is not it. I will be cancelling my membership and going to a serious gym with adequate equipment and respect for their patrons.

I am a 55 year old casual excersiser and planet fitness fits the bill. The facility is spacious and the staff is very friendly. The place is clean and in my 6 months there, I don't know if I have seen a broken machine or of one was broken it wasn't broken long. If there is one thing I'd like to improve is that they get rid of some of the cardio machines for more resistance stations

I really love this gym! The staff are super friendly and respectful. The only thing is, they could use a few more machines. Other than that, it’s an awesome place , clean, positive vibes, and I totally recommend it! 💪

From the minute I walked in, AK was extremely helpful. He gave me a well informed tour and answered all my questions. By the end of my tour, I was ready to sign up. And I did. I think more businesses should hire young men like AK.

Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere! The staff is friendly and the equipment is always clean. Ziggy, the trainer, is super supportive and motivating!
