Planet Fitness is a popular gym chain known for promoting Big Fitness Energy™ and providing a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. With over 2,400 locations, it aims to help members overcome feelings of low energy and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
One location has received mixed reviews. Many members appreciate the cleanliness and ample equipment available for workouts. They enjoy the free parking and note that they have never had to wait for equipment. The staff is generally described as friendly and helpful, with some members highlighting exceptional service from individuals like Ziggy, who goes above and beyond to make workouts easier. However, some reviews indicate that this particular location has seen a decline in order and cleanliness over time. Issues such as empty paper towel dispensers and unruly gym behavior, including loud weight slamming and groups socializing around machines, have been reported.
Despite these concerns, many still find the atmosphere manageable, particularly during certain times of the day, such as around 1 am when it is less crowded. Members have expressed that while some staff might be a bit pushy, the overall traffic is reasonable, allowing for an effective workout experience. Some members have noted a desire for more specific equipment, like tricep ropes and shoulder pads. Overall, while there are some frustrations, many members continue to enjoy their experience at this Planet Fitness location due to its cleanliness, equipment availability, and friendly staff.
I've been to probably 15-20 different planet fitness locations and this is definitely one of the best I've been too. The staff is super friendly especially the manager Matt made me feel just as if it was my home gym while I was here. Clean, friendly staff and equipment in good shape. What more can you ask for.
By far the most friendly planet fitness ive ever been to staff seems to always be so happy to be there. They even gave me a discount on beverages no other location has ever offered that this place is always neat and clean not much parking but definitely enough workout machines lol
