I was visiting the city and got the chance to study with Sava. Over the course of a month, my practice has transformed exceptionally. This is the best ashtanga yoga studio that I’ve been to. Mary Anne and Clarence are brilliant as well. It’s an amazing space where you get to practice traditional form of Ashtanga yoga deeply yet safely ! If you’re an absolute beginner or have history of practicing for years- this is the place you’d want to be in. Can’t wait to come back and practice with this awesome community!

I embarked upon and amazing journey with Sava, Owner of Mysore Yoga Atlanta. I took his beginner’s Ashtanga course and it was life changing, truly liberating. It enhanced my knowledge and practice. I will continue with him as I enjoy my Ashtanga journey.Thanks a million… Sava ?
