An AWESOME Experience - Five Stars!As soon as I came into the door, the manager (I didn't get her name) made me feel very welcomed. I shared with her that I was in pain and needed a massage badly. The manager got right on it, and she was able to get me in right away!I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a massage from Key, and I can confidently say that it was a truly transformative experience. Front desk was very nice, the office was very clean. Unfortunately my massage was not very good. I circled on the check in sheet to focus on neck, shoulders and lower back. Not much was done with either area. The best way to describe the massage was if you were asleep and someone was trying to aggressively wake you up by shaking you. Wasn’t very relaxing like I was hoping for. Also the lady doing the massage coughed right next to my face at one point and I wasn’t too thrilled about that. Willing to try again just with someone different.

This was my first visit to LaVida. My therapist, David, did an outstanding job by listening to my needs and then focusing on my areas of concern.I was very pleased with the entire experience. I plan to return soon.
