While the finished product speaks for itself, I could tell it was going to turn out well when I observed how the workers conducted themselves while doing the work. At the end of every day, the site was cleaned up, trash was hauled away, tools were put away, work materials were covered up to protect them from the elements and to prevent them from looking unsightly. They were excellent craftsmen!
