The technician listened to my concerns about the bug issue in our yard and was very thorough in spraying the yard. It was obvious he wanted to help resolve the issue. We were impressed by his excellent service.
Switched from one of the big companies (T...) & so glad I did. Northwest goes the extra mile & has handled above an beyond situations like rats & yellow jackets! Special shout out to Darius who had to look hard for the mysterious yellow jacket nest and found inside our water meter! And he came back to check next day that they were gone.
