Trey, the exterminator who services mine and my upstairs neighbors units is GREAT! He is very easy to communicate with and answers our questions without hesitation and no judgment. Trey is extremely professional and I feel very safe with him in my home when I am both there and not there.
We have been customers for 10 years now. They have been very reliable and come out per our contracts schedule without being reminded or called. They have seen us through additional issues with bats, rats and ants. Anytime we see issues they usually dispatch between 0-72hrs. Rarely have we waited longer than that and if we have, it’s because of our own schedule. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They are honest, reliable and good at what they do. We are lifetime customers at this point.
Grayson came to my house yesterday, talked and we set up the appointment! Today Noah came out and did everything i wanted And needed him to do! Very honest, super nice, and knows exactly what they are doing !! They are both down to earth guys! Definitely recommend! Especially if you have animals or children!
