The Boss Matthew doesn't know how to talk to people and has no clue.My parents prepaid for there funeral years ago . they wanted to be cremated , when my dad died mom had his name , birth + death date put on the stone and added her name birth date , then for some reason Matthew insisted that all their children had to sign off on her being cremated which she had paid for in 1998 ..My parent wishes where to be cremated all the paper work showed there wishes but his A/H would not cremate my mom until all 5 of us said yes..Matthew is in the wrong job..
