It is hard enough losing a loved one. Then you also have to make funeral arrangements on top of it! We had used Patterson before when my parents and my husband passed. Once again they were prompt professional and caring. Matt was the person that assisted us and was helpful and displayed compassion as well as guidance. He did not try to use a hard sell approach with us which the funeral industry had been criticized for . Every detail was handled with dignity and attention to detail.As tough as this subject is, Patterson makes it as easy as possible through their employees!
Our family has had to use H.M. Patterson & Son-Arlington twice this year when losing family members. Their compassion, patience, and attention to detail is superb. One death was unexpected, and they were absolutely transparent on the pricing for their services. The other death had been pre-paid years before, but they were again totally transparent about what had been prepaid and how we could move the money from one category to another if we needed to do so. Great service both times.
